Vision and Mission
Service SA will be recognised and valued as the provider of choice for all South Australians as their gateway to Government services and information.
The mission of Service SA is to:
- Provide South Australians with convenient options for accessing a comprehensive range of Government services, products and information which are inclusive and responsive to community need.
- Deliver excellent and responsive customer service through a face-to-face, telephone and online network.
- Provide effective, integrated service delivery solutions for, and on behalf of, Government agencies.

Functions
- Provide a single point of access to a broad range of government information and services to the community of South Australia through phone, face-to-face and online delivery channels.
- Provide State government agencies with opportunities to deliver their products and services through Service SA facilitating efficient service delivery solutions for government and broader access for the community.
- Partner with State Government agencies to explore and develop innovative across-government business solutions to enhance service delivery outcomes.
- Deliver consistent, accurate and up-to-date State Government contact and portfolio information and provide the Government switchboard function.
- Provide socially inclusive service delivery solutions including services to rural and remote and culturally diverse communities.

Our Department
The Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure strives to connect communities by providing safe transport, pursuing a sustainable energy future and planning efficient infrastructure for all South Australians. Service SA is a division within the Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure (DTEI).
