Emergency Services
In a life threatening emergency :
- Dial 000 and ask for the ambulance,
fire or police service. You can call this number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Text call emergency — for TTY or ASCII :
- Dial 106 for the Emergency Relay
Service. If you have an emergency and you need to use the TTY (teletypewriter) or
a computer modem to make telephone calls, you can call the National Relay Service
to reach emergency services. You can call this number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Mobile Assistance Patrol transports people under the influence of alcohol or
other drugs to places of safety and support. Service available 7 days a week, 6PM–4AM.

Support and emergency accommodation for Aboriginal women and children who are victims
