Our Life Events are logical groupings of services and information
common to people at particular life stages, for example ‘learning to drive’ or ‘having a baby’.
Learning to Drive
Learning to Drive takes you through the process of getting your driving licence, from finding out what's involved to taking your test. It also looks at the demerit points scheme used to encourage safe driving, to the various classes of licences you can obtain.
Starting School
This Life Event takes you through the process of starting school, from preparing your child for school to getting them to school on their first day. It also looks at the resources you can access to care for pre-school age children, and how to plan for your child's progression through their school years.
Finding a Job
Finding a job or moving into different work can be difficult, but there's lots of help available. We provide you with information on how to prepare yourself properly and the techniques and tools you can utilise when looking for a job. It also takes a closer look at youth employment, and deals with issues you may encounter once you've got a job.
Retirement
