SA Government response to the Children in State Care Commission of Inquiry Report

The Minister for Families and Communities tabled the Government's initial response to the Children in State Care Commission of Inquiry Report Allegations of Sexual Abuse and Death from Criminal Conduct in Parliament on 17 June 2008. An "Implementation Statement" was tabled in Parliament on 25 September 2008.

Commission of Inquiry Report (Children in State Care)

Mullighan Inquiry media release - 1 April 2008

The State Government has tabled in Parliament the report from Commissioner Ted Mullighan resulting from the Commission of Inquiry into Children in State Care.

The State Government previously introduced legislation to Parliament for the Children in State Care Commission of Inquiry.
