Homelessness sector
People who are homeless or have high support needs require extra help to find the right housing solution that delivers stability, quality of life and a sense of security and connectedness.
The Government partners with other agencies to provide supported accommodation services for:
- young people
- families
- single adults
- those experiencing domestic violence.
There are some additional
services for Aboriginal people.
The homelessness sector has been reformed in partnership with service providers with aims to provide:
- high quality services from professional and able providers to customers
- an integrated service response to customers
- support for service providers.
