Who can help?
A range of legal advisory, mediation and ombudsman services is listed on the Seniors Information Service website. Free, confidential and independent advice is also provided for older people who are:living at home and getting home helpliving in an aged care facility experiencing or at risk of abuse.

JusticeNet SA Inc offers help to people who are financially disadvantaged. In some cases, they may be able to refer you to a solicitor who can represent you for free.
